The batter was way too heavy and reacted like cement. Had to add more milk to water it down enough for it function like your usual pancake batter. Since it cooked heavy it tasted heavy and really doughy. Left the sour cream out, but I hardly think that has anything to do with performance as it does taste. Will not be referencing this recipe ever a"
