Reviewed Pumpkin Muffins with Chocolate Glaze

I have been making these muffins for a couple of years now. I tried many and they just didn't do it for me. Then one day BAM! I came across and made these. Stick a fork in me I was done! In order to make them a tad bit lighter, I use 1/2 regular flour and 1/2 cake flour. The difference is amazing.
1) they come out lighter and fluffier
