Love these little guys! I made these, but doubled the batch and froze half after they were cooked so I can just pull what I need for dinner anytime. I did choose to bake them just so that they were a little healthier for me, 25 minutes @ 400 degrees. They're moist, tasty, easy.... there couldn't be a better meatball recipe!

Loved this tasty caramel sauce. I'm really curious if it can be made and 'canned' in canning jars using the boiling method. I'd love to make up a really big batch now before the crazy holiday season hits.

So very flavorful! Really easy to prepare too. I prepped during the day to make for friends coming for dinner. It was easy to do and still gave me time to sit and talk while it was cooking. I did cheat a little and bought pre-cooked shrimp which I threw in at the very last minute. This is a keeper!"

This cake was amazing!!! So very most and rich, not overly sweet. I didn't have a 9" springform pan and had to use an 8". It needed to bake almost 20 minutes more and the edge began to scorth a bit. I'm getting a 9" pan for the next time!"
