"So very flavorful! Really easy to prepare too. I prepped during the day to make for friends coming for dinner. It was easy to do and still gave me time to sit and talk while it was cooking. I did cheat a little and bought pre-cooked shrimp which I threw in at the very last minute. This is a keeper!"

"This cake was amazing!!! So very most and rich, not overly sweet. I didn't have a 9" springform pan and had to use an 8". It needed to bake almost 20 minutes more and the edge began to scorth a bit. I'm getting a 9" pan for the next time!"
