"For those of you who think Alton is saying use a whole can of chipotle chilies, please re-read the recipe. He says to use 1 whole canned chili. That's 1 whole chili out of the can, not the whole can! Yikes! Those smoked jalepenos can be very hot! They vary in size so add the chopped chili to taste. Remember you can always add more, but you can't take it out! Chop the rest, put in a zip lock bag and stash in your freezer for future use. Love those chipotles!!!!!
