Yes, overnite in the fridge is the best way, because it defrosts evenly and stays cold which is the whole point of puff pastry.

I just say the show again today, and she decided the lemon she was using was really juicy, so she only added 1/2 of it.

We loved these burgers. I made them with turkey because it is so much cheaper than chicken. Also, some reviewers said the turkey was wonderful. They are so moist and full of flavour. I made them in the morning and left them in the fridge til dinner. They stayed together and were great. Didn't make the slaw yet - will try it later.

I went back to the recipe, and I may be blind, but I can't see where she added ANY sugar, so I'm not sure what people are talking about.

I just reread the recipe, and there is no pasta, unless you're thinking the gnocchi is pasta - it's potato. AND bacon goes with anything!

Haven't made it yet, but I'm definitely going to. Think I'll add the flour to the Dutch oven after the 10 min cook time, stir around for a couple mins, then add the chicken stock and milk - would save dirtying another pot and less chance of lumpy bchamel. Anyone think this wouldn't work?

Wonderful! I think the key here is coating them with flour before placing in frying pan. Saw this done by Gordon Ramsay, and his turned out beautifully, too."

OK This is more a note to myself after reading a lot of reviews. Cut down on the onion. Cook the zucchini only about 5 mins. Mix the butter with the topping instead of dotting on top. I'm sorry if this offends anyone, but I wanted to remember this when I make it, and I'm definitely going to! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I will ch"
