About Me
Heyy! I enjoy baking and cooking. When I'm not baking a cake, I'm horseback riding. Ever since I was little, I have always enjoyed working in the kitchen.
Favorite Foods
My true passion is baking cakes. One of my favorite shows is Cake Boss. I enjoy working with fondant. Lots of people don't like the taste nor texture of fondant, but I love it. I must admit, some pre-made brands of fondant don't exactly have an amazing taste, but the flavor of the cake covers it up most of the time. I also use vanilla extract and other extracts to make the fondant have a better taste.
Moving on, my favorite restaurant is Copley's on Palm Canyon. I don't have a favorite bakery yet. Sometime this week I'm going to Carlo's Bakery, the bakery on the show Cake Boss. The cakes there look AH-MAZING! I'm keeping my fingers crossed their cakes will also taste amazing!
