Reviewed Oven-Baked "Fried" Chicken
"This was so good! However, I did not use oats based on other reviews. I used Italian breadcrumbs. I also soaked chicken tenders in buttermilk for 15 min before slopping on the dijon mustard. I did not use thyme (personal preference) and instead used a bit of poultry seasoning. I also put chicken under the broiler for a few min to crisp up the coating. Husband LOVES this recipe!"
