"Yum-o!!! Told my daughter I was going to make a cake in the microwave and she laughed ;--) I used SPLENDA in place of the sugar and APPLESAUCE in place of the oil, and let me tell you I sure did impress her.... We topped it off with a dusting of powdered sugar and devoured it together! "
