Hello! I am a mother of three who used to cook everything out of a box or out of the freezer... this may explain why my 17 year old son still prefers frozen pizza and mac and cheese out of the blue box!
I am reformed, however, and have been dedicated to becoming a better cook for 8 years now. I consider cooking to be one of my favorite hobbies now and take pride in every meal that I make.
Over the last year I have been learning to smoke meat and have even pulled off a decent beef brisket!
My favorite dish to make is the classic roasted chicked because with a little creativity it comes out different every time and is still simple to cook.
