OMG.... This was amazing! Made it to the exact specifications...only added 1/4 cup white wine before the food processing and crumbled bacon to the garnish. OMG...My husband said this is like something you'd expect from a five star restaurant!!! I used half mild and half hot sausage....gave the sauce more flavor! But wow...was this ever delicious!!!! Highly recommend. And definitely do not use dry sage....fresh is best."

Are you kiddin' me? This was awesome. I live on a mountain where shopping is limited, so I used the only sausage I could find....which was a smokey chicken sausage. The smokiness added to the heat and wow was it delicious....I also served it over rice...and I thickened the sauce to a gravy because it was sooooo yummy! Love Anne....all her recipes...

Did not have a good experience with this recipe! The masa was dry and very bland....but the meat was fantastic! So I think I'll try the suggested Masa Harina as some of the other reviewers did. But worth a second try....definitely!

I normally hate Brussel sprouts....but she said this recipe would make a lover out of anyone! She was right. My husband and I couldn't believe how delicious this side dish was!!! I just sprinkled a little shaved Parmesan on top before serving and wow.....yummmmmy!
