Awesome. Southern biscuits are a little dryer than most but they are intended to be flaky. And these were. Mine were a little dry on the outside but moist and flaky on the inside. If your biscuits end up to dry use a little more milk or buttermilk but only add a teaspoon at a time. One other thing I love about these is that I can freeze them ...
