Very good! Hearty and tasty - just the right mix of herbs & veggies. I will admit I don't see the need to mash some of the beans but that doesn't change the taste. Next time I will add some whole wheat pasta for an even heartier meal. ""

Chicken was moist and flavorful - but VERY spicy; next time I would add a little less of the chili powder to reduce the heat and bring out the smokiness of the cumin. Also there is plenty of sauce; could reduce. The blue cheese sauce (I used sour cream also) was tasty and a refreshing compliment to the spice of the chicken. "

Yummy. Made just as is except added parsnips to puree. As those before me said, taking the time to make the sauce/puree is worth it. Only three stars? Because the presentation was awful. My family all said it looked like dog 'mess' on top of potatoes. And it did. Yummy, but next time I will change the way it is presented."
