"Loved the dish. I made some modifications. I added some cranberrys, butter at the end and a handfull of brown sugar. Wonderful! Was excellent with the spicy black beans and rice. Very creative, yet simple."

"I love it. It's so beautiful. The only thing that I changed is that after I did the water and the sugar and brought it to a boil...... when I turned it off, I tossed in a cinnamon stick overnight. I took it out before I finished the cooking process. Thanks Ina.........and Anna!
