Reviewed Baked Blintzes with Fresh Blueberry Sauce

This recipe is delicious!!! It was super easy to prepare, and looked beautiful on the serving table. I made it just prior to serving, but I am now convinced that it could easily be made a day ahead of time and served as a cold dish or reheated. The blueberry topping is light and the perfect compliment to the light lemon flavor in the filling. "
