My Activity

Reviewed Lamb Chops with Garlic and Rosemary

"This was delicious! I used two sirloin lamb steaks about a pound total and took the suggestion of another to put the chops in the oven at 200 until you get the sauce ready. I also used my immersion blender on the sauce and I think that made it it even more awesome. I served it with mashed purple cauliflower that i found at my local produce stand. "

Reviewed Unfried Chicken

"I really liked this recipe. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the lemon. I really did not like the lemon at all. I think it would've tasted more like fried chicken without it. Otherwise it was very crispy like fried chicken."

Reviewed Baked Angel Hair with Eggplant

"This is my most asked for dish. Have added mushrooms, artichokes and made one with just spaghetti and meatballs for a picky eater. Very versatile, can really use your imagination to fill the crust. The one thimg that did not work is pork sausage, too greasy. It made the whole thing soggy.""

Reviewed Baked Angel Hair with Eggplant

"The best and most asked for dish I have ever made for a few years now. One suggestion is to not substitute pork sausage for turkey. It makes it way too greasy."
