This is a fantastic lasagna!! I also used all ricotta (just personal preference!). Also, like others suggested you really do have enough to make 2 8x8 size lasagnas that provide four large servings. My suggestion: make one for yourself and freeze the other or give to someone. Thanks Paula!!

This is awesome! My husband is not even a cheesecake lover and he said this was one of the best pieces of pie he had ever had! I didn't have a vanilla bean so I just added a little extra splash of the vanilla extract. Definitely do a water bath and you can avoid cracks. Perfect and simple;)."

Excellent dish! My husband said he would put this dish up against any dish he has ever had in an Asian restaurant. I thought it was delicious and reminded me of a healthier version of a P.F. Chang's meal. I agree with the other reviewers about doubling the sauce. It is a great idea, but not completely necessary. I added a few extra teaspoons of s"

This is a great low carb dish! I didn't have any oregano, so I used dried Italian seasoning. I also used spinach for the greens. My husband and I loved it. Just a tip: Flank steak is very lean, so make sure you do not over cook. Cheers!"

This is a great recipe! So easy and very mediterranean...my husband and I both loved it. I used tilapia from whole foods and added a little Splenda to cut the bitter taste that often comes with tomatoes. Serve with brown rice, a side salad, and some bread, and you will have a winner my friend!"
