yummy yum yummers! I doubled up on the chorizo and only used 4 scallops and like 6 shrimp bc a) seafood is expensive and b) reheated fish is disgusting and this makes a lot and there were only 2 of us eating. Definitely a keeper!"

debmayo58: you are actually cooking the marinade over heat, so using it in the glaze is fine. It's NOT ok to use a marinade when there is no additional cooking done to it.

Very tasty. A great & easy way to get extra veggies in your diet. I skipped the heavy cream & lemon topping because I felt it was good without it....plus didn't think it needed the calories of the cream. "
