Reviewed Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas
"GREAT! We loved it from start to finish. I also tried it with just flour tortilla as a taco and it was just as good. Our company loved it so much we're making it again next week. I wanted to make it a little healthier, so instead of the rotisserie chicken, I sauteed chicken breast tenders in a skillet with orange and lime juices, salt and pepper, then shredded it. Fantastic!"

"Whole family loved this. I took other's advice and decreased the broth (to about 3 3/4 to 4 cups). Also, cooked the filling a little harder/longer to get the sauce to thicken and reduce. Added a few more carrots and peas. Recipe prep is easy, but a little time consuming. Not enough to keep me from making this again and often. Perfect winter comfort food without all the fat and calories.
