"This recipe is delicious! I don't know how you can have enough crumb/cheese mixture for 6 chicken breasts though. I used three flattened breasts and barely had enough to coat all three. Next time I'll increase the amount of crumb/cheese mixture. I did use Romano cheese as I like it better than Parmesan, for the cost as well as flavor. I liked "

"I've made this recipe for the past 4 years and I've taken it to our Thanksgiving potluck at work. Everybody raves about it. There is never any left over. I follow the directions exactly and it is wonderful. One year I strayed and used instant pudding. Don't do it! The cook style is so much creamier and better flavored. It presents so well too!
