This recipe is delicious! I don't know how you can have enough crumb/cheese mixture for 6 chicken breasts though. I used three flattened breasts and barely had enough to coat all three. Next time I'll increase the amount of crumb/cheese mixture. I did use Romano cheese as I like it better than Parmesan, for the cost as well as flavor. I liked "
