My Activity

Reviewed Green Chicken Curry

"Definitely use chicken broth instead of water. Otherwise, this will have a lot of good spices, but it will taste like something is missing. Broth definitely gives it that filling body you are looking for. I also added a little more of all the spices. This is restaurant quality curry.

"Very tasty, quick and healthy.

Reviewed Chocolate Mousse

"I would recommend adjusting the chocolate so that you get a mix of semi-sweet and more bitter chocolate. Sugar is integral into the form of the foam network, so don't skimp too much there. Use powdered sugar instead of granular sugar to make a lighter, airier foam network. This absolutely divine served with finely diced walnuts sprinkled on top.

Reviewed Garlic Bread

"This is an excellent recipe. You could even change up the herbs if you wanted to basil and parsley. Using 1/4 cup oil does make for a lighter bread.
