Reviewed Butterflied Chicken with Roasted Root Vegetables and Pan Gravy

Thanks Jamie! I loved your premiere show. This recipe inspired me to create a similar dish. I added a few spices including thyme, garlic powder and paprika. Also added lemon zest when I coated the vegetables. I substituted lemon juice for the white wine when I made the pan sauce. Absolutely delicious! The cast iron pan is a must. "
