Yummy! We already had some cilantro-infused simple syrup on hand so we just used that and then added about 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper. Great little kick at the end. Can't wait to try it with her simple syrup next time. "

Delicious!!!! Great cooking method. I have to admit I mixed it up a bit. I used tilapia filets (no skin, no tail). I also cut the amount of butter in half. We didn't have tomato bullion so I substituted poultry seasoning. Also, since my tilapia filets looked much smaller than the fish she used on her show, I cut the baking and broiling time "

The flavor is amazing. I substituted brown long grain rice and the cooking time was not nearly enough (needed to cook almost 15 more minutes). Perhaps my fault for not following the recipe precisely the first time or for not realizing brown rice takes so much longer to cook. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. "
