Reviewed Easy Rice Bake Casserole
"Except for the 4 cups of rice, this recipe is exactly the same as a Goya Recipe I use called "Rice and Easy Caserole." As another reviewer stated, 4 cups is entirely too much rice. Two cups is more like it. I hope the Neelys gave credit to the Goya people for THEIR recipe.
