Reviewed Udon with Tofu and Asian Greens

I didn't salt the tofu because of the soy factor and added red pepper, green pepper, garlic, mushrooms & cabbage to up the veggie factor. I used whole wheat spaghetti because I didn't have udon. I marked it for my favorites.!""
