I used Marsala wine 1/4 cup less heavy cream and I used only 1 tablespoon of Dijion mustard mine was with Chardonnay.... was even good when the sauce "mixed" with garlic mashed on the plate!!! You wouldn't think it but this is also VERY kid friendly.... my youngest is 8 and she loved it!!! Will be making this forever!!!!""
