OUTSTANDING !! I made this as part of our Thanksgiving dinner and received a standing ovation from the whole family !! 125 was way too rare for us, so I left it until it reached 145 and I used a rump roast that I pre-seasoned with seasoned salt, black pepper and Adobo and stuffed with garlic cloves. The horseradish cream sauce put the roast just that...
