"I also used Alton Brown's turkey brine for about 13 hrs first, then used this marinade for over 24 hrs...it was absolutely amazing!!! We usually inject the marinade, NEVER AGAIN...the entire bird was so moist and so were the leftovers even after a nuking in the microwave. We will be making the bird this way from now on. May try it with a chicken""
