I agree, just a tad too much salt, but the overall flavor was amazing! Next time, I will cut the salt a bit, and I expect it will then be perfection. "

Loved this! It's easy - especially if you buy a squash already cut and ready to roast - and full of flavor. I will most definitely add this to my soup rotation.
