Reviewed Steakhouse Steaks

"outstanding reviews from my two guests. wrapped 1 1/4 inch Filets with bacon. dipped dry meat into olive oil then into mixture of Canadian steak seasoning along with ample amount of granulated garlic. Grilled the two minutes on well heated (highest #)iron skillet on each side covered with the butter then placed pan in the 400 degree oven for total of 4 minutes. temp was 125. placed steaks on plater, made a tent of foil and covered for 6 minutes. Results were great. Tender and moist"

"Outstanding raves by my guests. Used 1/4 cup soy, added 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil.
did not have the Worcestershire. Grilled on a very hot pan with raised grill identations. covered with lid and did two minutes on each side. Tuna was 1 1/2 inch thick.Next time i will dip the fish in a plate of toated sesame seeds prior to frying."
