"Awesome, super easy to make! I make 2 versions of this dish; the exact recipe (that I LOVE) and the Americanized version that my mother will actually eat (not an adventurous pallet). For that variation... I use sweet potato, leeks, mushrooms and red bell pepper. I also leave out the Serrano pepper and substitute mustard powder for the turmeric. Overall this makes the recipe feel more like a Mediterranean dish. "
