"I am a peanut butter cookie fanatic. But I am also eating gluten free.
These cookies are fantastic! They took minutes to whip up and I love they only have four ingredients! I threw in some chocolate chips and decreased sugar to 3/4 cup. Like others said, the sea salt is key... It helps cut down on the sweetness a bit.
