Reviewed Roasted Root Vegetable Salad

So tasty! I substituted butternut squash for the parsnips & added pomegranate seeds. This salad was a huge hit at a Christmas dinner party. My guests licked the bowl clean! And it was perfect for entertaining since I was able to roast the veggies & make the dressing the day before. So pre-dinner prep took literally 3 minutes. ""
