To, aljm413, the recipe did use and ask for boneless thighs, it did say skin side (meaty side) down because they meant the side with the skin was the thickest. I used boneless skinless and they are always available at my local grocer, Publics. I did have to reduce the heat by cutting the red pepper and pepper chips by half. You are right they r"
