Reviewed Cauliflower "Mac" and Cheese Casserole
"I didnt have the mustard on hand, eye-balled the cream, added onion powder and minced garlic. I also used a broccoli/cauli combo and a cheddar/mozarella combo and this was amazing! My sauce was thick, but once I baked it I noticed it melted more and was perfect. This is one of my favorite low carb comfort foods. "
