"This was very tasty! I always salt to taste, so that wasn't an issue. I did leave out the 1/4c of wine at the end as others suggested. I made Anne Burrell's bolognese (the 4 hour one and didn't really care for it (DH loved it, though. This recipe is quick and tastes really good. We both enjoyed it and I will definitely make this again. "
