I use this recipe all the time. The 'puffs' are delish, and everyone in my family loves them! Sometimes I use butter instead of shortening, and it tastes delicious either way.

Very easy...very delicious. The only changes I made was to cut back on the sugar by 1/2 a cup, added 1/2 tspn of salt and increased the vanilla to 1 Tablespoon. Delicious!!!"

This was the easiest recipe EVER!!! And what an outcome!! Delicious from start to finish! Served it with whipped cream and strawberries (soaked in a little sugar for 20 minutes).
