Reviewed Creamy Baked Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole
"Definite a winner! Some slight deviations... no heavy cream so I used a milk/butter combo. Also went heavy on the cinnamon. It made it veryyyy good, but I am a cinnamon fan. Also added a little bit of flour to the sauce to thicken it (I think it may have needed it more since I didn't use the actual heavy cream). Also didn't put in mushrooms (family wouldn't use them). Overall, very pleased!
