Great way to eat your veggies! Very tasty. I omitted the olive oil so there was less oil overall. For those who said it was sour...I found it sour at first, but after sitting in the fridge for 24 hours, the sourness really mellowed out. Also, I steamed the veggies until they were slightly fork tender because I didn't have the big pasta straine"
