Reviewed Sour Cream Cheesecake
"I love this recipe. The recipe in his Good Eats book actually states to cook it for 2 hours and let it sit in the oven for 1.5 hours, so that's what I go by. I am horrible and make it in a springform pan, i put it on top of a pie pan that's JUST too small for the spingform filled with water and a washcloth, and it comes out lovely. My husband HATE"
