My Activity

Reviewed Chicken with Roasted Lemon and Rosemary Sauce

"This was a great recipe! I didn't think this was an outstanding, stand out from the crowd, kind of dish. But at the same time, it was a very tasty meal. I used less lemon and it was still very lemony and tart, but good anyway because I do love lemon. Two thumbs up! I will definitely be preparing the chicken and potatoes again this way!"

"Very tasty and tender ribs! Served with mashed potatoes!"

Reviewed Blackberry Grunt

"This was really very good. After reading previous reviews I added slightly more berries than what was called for. I also didn't add ginger (not a fan at all). Other than that, I followed the recipe. I found the amount of dough to be perfect! I am a bread/dough person though... I love it! The dough did go very very well with the berries. My hubby and I ate half the skillet for dessert last night, and I had some for breafast this morning!"

Reviewed Apricot-Glazed Pork Medallions

"Wow what a great meal! This is super easy and super quick for a wonderful weeknight meal. My husband was definitely impressed. He wouldn't have guessed the short list of ingredients. I did leave out the ginger, as I'm not a huge fan of the flavor, and it was still incredible! I didn't realize I was fresh out of rice, so I made some crescent rolls to go with it to sop up all that delicious glaze. It does make an enormous amount of glaze for only 1lb of meat, so you can cut the recipe in half and still probably have enough. Highly recommended!"

Reviewed Budino Di Cioccolato

"DIVINE! Extremely impressed with this recipe. It really was a real winner and I plan on making this over and over!"

Reviewed Beer Batter Fish and Spicy Chips with Lemon-Habanero Tartar Sauce and Serrano Vinegar

"I'm rating the fish only here since that's the only thing I made. This was very very good. The batter was as good as any beer batter I've had at a restaurant. I shallow fried it in a cast iron skillet rather than deep frying it and I used the 3 egg whites like the recipe is supposed to say. It really turned out fantastic. Thank you Bobby Flay!"

Reviewed Braised Hawaiian Pork Shoulder

"Oh dear, this was delicious! I made 3lb of meat and my hubby and I devoured all of it! Followed recipe exactly. Meat was fall apart tender- no knife required! I will be making this over and over!!"
