After reading comments that they browned before they were done cooking, I decided not to dry them, just rinsed and drained, then tossed in olive oil and salt. They took about 25 minutes to cook but they were crunchy, brown and delicious.

This was excellent! I was expecting to taste coffee, but actually, the flavor was delicious- sweet and smoky. I would definitely make this recipe again and recommend it to anyone!
