About Me

My name is Heather and I absolutely love to cook! I am going to culinary school at Johnson and Wales University this coming fall, in hopes to become a food writer for the Food Network. :) I am inspired to cook by myself and the ingredients around me, especially fresh and local foods. I love to cook with bacon-my favorite food.  I hate when people take innane shortcuts with recipes, instead of not finishing it the way the chef who created it intended it to be. I am passionate about writing and about cooking, hence my desire to become a food writer.
