"I made this today after watching Giada make it on her show a few days ago. I'm always looking for new, healthy food ideas and this one looked good. And I have to say, it did not dissapoint at all. I served it with some endive spears and some toast points. I think it would also make an excellent spread for sandwiches.

Ignore the ratings here that are rating it poorly. Their taste buds are either severely out of whack or they did something wrong in the preparation of the recipe. Perhaps they changed up the ingredients or something.
