Reviewed Grilled Vegetables

Wonderful, fresh, and delicious! Had so much food on the grill I decided to bring this inside and roast in the oven! Cut into one inch pieces and roasted for about a half hour at 425 degrees. With the dressings wonderful flavor we served it over some rice pilaf alongside some grilled chicken, MMM MMM good!
