"Good cookies. I would add more oats and raisins next time. Parchment paper is a must not an option ; otherwise they would stick to your pan. Like other reviewers i have to agree that they can be a little mushy. Two problems with that are always leave your butter out to soften( don't microwave) and don't use to much dough( just a leveled out cookie"

"Very good. Husband loved it and said it was a keeper. We like spicy food around here but the cayenne was a little to much so i reduced it. Next time I think we will add more mushrooms and spinach and use Grilled or sauteed chicken instead of the shrimp to change it up a little bit. "
