"There are plenty of recipes for poppy seed dressing so, if you don't want to buy something this is an easy one to improvise. I for one love reviews with substitutions because it's nice to know what else worked for other cooks. I look for opportunities to use my fresh garden herbs so this was a nice draw. I LOVE spicy food and followed the directions exactly (1 shallot, 1/2 a large jalepeno, 2 tsp. hot sauce and I found the soup as directed was overpowered w/ onion and spice. I had to add more tomotoes and threw in 1/2 a cantelope to tone it down. Since I abandoned this for the picnic I"

"I didn't think I LIKED marshmallows until I tried this recipe. (I only made this as a test for a bake sale). Just amazing - I made two batches and gave them to friends for Easter. (Beats peeps big time!!) Only two things I would add: spray the pan w/ cooking spray before putting the marshmallows and don't whip them too long or you'll never get the"
