Reviewed fermented dill pickles

Great natural taste, amazing how strong the dill taste is from just the flower. Heat is just right balance along with the garlic. Only down side is a bit salty for my taste and will adjust the salt next time. Also we were lucky to have a neighbor who has grape plants.

Seriously, watch this episode of Good Eats, becuase he shows 2 versions and states that these versions, dropped (this recipe) and rolled are by preference (from his mother and mother-in law, not sure if thats true). I have done this recipe and liked it. If you don't like it don't call the recipe bad becuase the drop or rolled is a preferrence. I"

Takes a bit of multi-tasking in order to do the full recipe. Gravy was good, but a bit simple for my taste. Waffle recipe was awesome. I made great waffles that was light a fluffy. I would recommend using a mixer to whip the egg whites takes forever if you wisk by hand.
