Reviewed Ham and Cheese Spirals

I made these for Christmas brunch thinking they would be a hit, but these spirals sound better than they are. They came out too doughy, with not enough meat. I would try them again with phyllo or cresent roll dough. The spice mixture did go well with the ham and cheese.

Made this for Christmas. It was delicious, although I agree with some of the others that there was a bit much gran-marnier. I would also suggest straining the strawberry mixure with a sieve to remove some of the seeds, or process it really smooth.

Reviewed Baked Felafel Sandwiches

These are amazing considering the fact they are baked! I mixed in an egg after the food processor step, and they came out crispy on the outside and still semi-moist on the inside, just like the fried version. I also dressed the pockets with my own homemade tahini, and substituted Goya Recaito (cilantro-based cooking sauce) for the cilantro and parsley....
