"Only 3 stars, but probably because of me. Used cornstarch (could not find arrowroot in VA), followed directions, tried to remember the show...ended up with nearly empty pies with nice taste, but hollow all the same. Maybe not enough filling, too small a cut in top of pie. I will try again.

"I made this to go along with the Dill sauce (part of this episode). The two worked together nicely, although next time I will not cook the salmon quite as long. The skin was definately crispy, very nice. Unfortunately, one of the filets did stick a bit to the pan but was mostly intact. If you do make this be sure to have good ventilation and I recommend using a splash screen over the pan to reduce "oil spray".

"I made this to along with the Salmon with Salt & Pepper recipe, also part of this episode. I found it very tasty and quite complimentary to the salmon. It was a bit strong but not offensively so. I will make this again, and maybe try with something else.
