I made these French Breakfast Puffs for work today...went over really well...only thing I noticed is that the cooking time for my gas oven was 30 min and they weren't overdone but checking them at 20 and 25 minutes with toothpick they still weren't done. I'm going to make the drippy French Dip next I loved her spin on how to make the Au Jus mixtu"
